123JILI Responsible Gaming: Limits, Exclusion and Help Lines
By 123JILI Editorial Team
- 21 or older, no exceptionsTwenty-one is the legal floor for Philippine casino play; every page here is written for that reader.
- Both buttons: 76JLEach tap goes to 76JL; none of them goes to 123jili.com.
- Counted against public papersPAGCOR lists of 20 October 2026 and BSP e-money rules.
Five tools, two kinds of warning sign, one rule: 123JILI responsible gaming in the Philippines comes down to that count. The rule is the age line. No online gaming platform may accept a player younger than 21 under PAGCOR’s rules, and no page on this site is written for one. Everything else below is a tool you can pick up today, starting with the free ones.
123JILI responsible gaming: five tools in the Philippines
- A time limit and a peso cap. The regulator’s advice fits on a sticky note: play is not a way to earn, every session gets a clock, no loan and no last peso goes in, and what is lost stays lost. Set the cap before the 123JILI register form and before any casino GCash deposit question, not halfway through a session.
- Self-exclusion. A request in your own name keeps you out; the choices run 6 months, 12 months or 5 years.
- Family exclusion. The player’s spouse, parent or child files instead; the choices run 6 months, 12 months or 3 years.
- The helpline. PAGCOR and the Seagulls Flock Organization set up NPGH, the National Problem Gambling Helpline, where trained counsellors take the calls.
- Accredited help centres. For support over months rather than one call, the regulator names Bridges of Hope and Gamblers Anonymous Philippines among others.
Responsible gambling Philippines rules: five groups barred outright
PAGCOR’s responsible gaming page bars these groups from every gaming establishment and every online gaming platform:
- Persons under 21 years of age
- People who hold government posts or work in government, including LGUs, SUCs and GOCCs with original charters
- Members of the AFP and the PNP
- Anyone listed in the NDRP, the National Database of Restricted Persons
- Employees of licensees or Gaming Employment License (GEL) holders
PAGCOR self exclusion and family exclusion, side by side
| Programme | Who asks | Periods | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Self Exclusion/Banning | The player | 6 months, 1 year or 5 years | First 6 months irrevocable; lifts automatically at the end |
| Family Exclusion/Banning | Spouse, child or parent | 6 months, 1 year or 3 years | Lifts automatically at the end |
Excluded persons are posted to the NDRP, and PAGCOR applies the ban across all sites it licenses and operates. Whether a given lobby appears on PAGCOR’s lists at all is the question the 123JILI legit check answers, so pair any exclusion with deleting saved logins and casino shortcuts from your phone.
Red flags to watch for
Eight signs from PAGCOR’s own list, counted down. If you recognise two, pick up one of the five tools now:
- Betting more than you meant to.
- Playing longer than you planned.
- Chasing: one more round, then another, to recover money already gone.
- Debt, or bills left unpaid.
- Taking loans, selling belongings or stealing so the play can go on.
- Thinking about gambling all the time.
- Strained relationships with family or friends.
- Feeling hopeless, anxious or depressed.

|---|---|---|

If a casino app or shortcut keeps pulling you back, removing it is part of the plan, and the 123JILI phone app pages show where those usually sit on Android and iPhone.
How to Get Started
-
Write down a peso cap and a stop time
PAGCOR's reminders ask for time limits on every session and warn against borrowing to play. Put both on paper before the first bet, not after.
-
Pick an exclusion period if limits slip
Self-exclusion comes in 6 months, 1 year or 5 years. The application goes in at osea.pagcor.ph, or by e-mail to the regulator's responsible gaming desk.
-
Call someone trained for this
Dial (02) 8248-9568 at any hour. The National Problem Gambling Helpline costs nothing, keeps calls private and takes calls from relatives as well as players.
