Three routes, two warnings, one limit: that is the 123jili contact picture in full. The limit comes first, because it saves a wasted message. With no e-mail address, form or chat window on 123jili.io, a question sent here has nowhere to land, and its writers have no way into anyone’s casino account to open, fund or restore it. What this page can do is send each kind of problem to the party that can fix it.

On 123JILI customer service in particular: the lobby showed a live-chat bubble at both computer and phone widths, its register teaser printed “24/7 customer support”, and its password dialog linked “Customer Service”. No hotline was printed anywhere on it. The 123JILI login help shows the password dialog where that link sits.
What the team behind this site can and cannot do
Can: explain what a login, register or cashier screen asks for; point to the regulator, wallet or studio page that holds a figure; keep the pages in line with the sources they name.
Cannot: open, recover, fund or close an account; see a transaction; reverse a deposit; chase a withdrawal; speak to the lobby for you. Account data sits with the lobby, and payment records sit with the wallet or bank that moved the money.

Two warnings about messages
- Nobody from this site will message you. It has no inbox and no outbound channel, so a text, chat or e-mail that claims to come from 123jili.io and asks for a password, MPIN or OTP is a scam attempt.
- Wallets do not ask either. By GCash’s own account, it neither texts nor e-mails links and never requests an MPIN or OTP; Maya likewise rules out asking for a password, an OTP or the 16 digits on your card.
